Shalateeco provides a 15-day return window from your purchase date. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items should be in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.
Please avoid sending returns to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued in these cases:
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Please request refunds promptly, as we can only confirm them within 6 hours of receiving the order.
Late or Missing Refunds: If your refund hasn’t appeared, first check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company and then your bank, as it may take some time for refunds to be posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact.shalateeco@gmail.com.
Sale Items: Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges: Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. To exchange an item, please email us at contact.shalateeco@gmail.com and return your item to 1423 Asylum Avenue, Danbury, Connecticut, 06810, United States.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
